D/w your oncologist: Technically speaking, yes- you can- as long as your white blood cells counts and platelet counts are normal. There is risk for infection and bleeding involved with tattoo placement- if your white blood cell and platelet count are low. If you are still receiving active chemotehrapy - your risk for low white blood cells and platelets would be significant. So, think twice and d/w your oncologist.
