Cure for CLL: It is hard to cure cll as cll cells are usually growing slowly and treatment like chemotherapy does pretty good for cancer cells that are growing rapidly. Having said that, you absolutely can achieve a complete remission with combination of treatment available, however the risk for recurrence is high. The treatment will be recommended only if necessary. Discuss further with your oncologist.

See below...: The only known complete cure for cll is stem cell transplantation; however, many patients do not need any form of therapy in the beginning and treatment is only started if the patient develops symptoms or adverse prognostic factors are present. Cll is usually not an aggressive form of leukemia and has a relatively good prognosis overall.
