Can you tell me exactly when is lymphoma suspected from a fbc?

You mean a CBC?: Patients with certain lymphomas may have abnormal or elevated lymphocytes in the peripheral blood or may have decreased blood counts (whites, reds, and/or platelets). It all depends on the kind of lymphoma and its stage. Very often there will be absolutely no sign in the cbc. If you suspect lymphoma, visit your primary doc and let he/she take it from there. Best to you.
