is there such thing as lactose sensitive? or is lactose intolerant the same thing?

Same: Lactose is a sugar- and if you dont have enough of the enzyme in your digestive tract, taking milk and certain dairy products might cause bloating, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Its a sensitivity/intolerance that can be treated so you can enjoy these products. Consult with your physician.
