Bloat, cramp: Bloating, cramping, diarrhea, gas, within a hour to three hours after milk or dairy products. You can have one of these symptoms or more than one. Or all of them. It may be dose dependent. The more milk and dairy you have, the worse the symptoms. There are hidden sources of milk, like certain bread crumbs.
