Cover or dry it out: If the blister is still raw, consider using some kind of cover - like a bandaid or something gel-like (eg. Spenco second skin). If the blister is drying out, you probably don't need to put anything on it and your sock will protect it. Just avoid anything that may be the cause of friction and/or irritation that resulted in the formation of the blister to begin with.
