Yes: Any fall that affects vision should be evaluated by an er physician or your primary md, which ever is the fastest. At the very least you suffered transient vision loss that needs an urgent evaluation, whether from a concussion or traumatic brain injury. Have someone drive you there today.

Go get seen: If you fell on your head and are now having visual problems you need to be evaluated immediately.
