May be normal: Exercising increases chemicals in the blood such as Adrenalin (epinephrine). This may trigger occasional extra early beats or skipped beats. If these are frequent or have othe symptoms, then may need formal evalution such as a stress test to see exactly what these skipped beats are while exercising.
