Land sickness : It's not uncommon to have a sense of motion, rocking, or dizziness after being on a boat for several days. In most people, symptoms will subside within several days. Besides meclizine, there are not a lot of other medications necessary. If it persists beyond a month, then you may have disembarkment syndrome. This is a neurologic problem which may require medications such as clonazepam. See ent.

Get checked out: It could be a land sickness issue but i would start to worry about mal de débarquement, a strange condition that leaves people feeling sea sick long after they arrive on shore. Sometimes this is a migraine variant. The doctor may want to start certain medicines on you, or get you to vestibular (balance) physical therapy. http://vestibular.org/mal-de-debarquement.
