How to improve memory?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Joyce Liporace
32 years experience in Neurology
Exercise, diet, sleep: It's important to exercise your brain-just like you would exercise your body. Make sure that you complete cognitive tasks for 30 minutes a day-crossword puzzles, sudoku, games, or learn something new. You also need to have a healthy diet, get adequate sleep and physical exercise.
