See details: At age 16 you need to have the issue evaluated. I do not know what clicking means. Is it associated with pain? See a rheumatologist orm orthopedist.

A diagnosis: Of "arthritis" at age 16 and having several joints involved leads me to recommend seeing a rheumatologist to be evaluated for RA or another immune-imediated articular disease process like psoriatic arthritis. Your history does not reveal any medications to treat ra, nor any dermatologic issues. I would recommend a rheumatologist over an orthopedic surgeon at this stage.

See TMJ expert: See a TMj expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
