Fibroids: Fibroids are solid usually benign round timeouts that are embedded in the different layers of the uterus... They may grow but they do not move...

It doesn't: Fibroids do not move. They can't. They are balls of muscle tissue stuck in your uterus. Sometimes, one can have a pedunculated fiboid.... Like a ball sitting on our uterus and these can be mobile because they are on a stalk. If you google pedunculated fibroid in google images, you'll see what i'm referring to. Most fibroids are intramural fibroids, that is they are stuck in the uterine wall.
