Diarrhea: Your girlfriend probably has a viral diarrhea. She should stay on a bland, fat free diet. Nothing greasy or fried. Stay off of milk, milk products and juice. Drink electrolyte solutions so as not to dehydrate. Diarrhea should last 7-10 days.
