Traveler's diarrhea: It is common to pick up an infection with overseas travel. There could be some bacteria or parasites it the food if not cleaned or cooked properly. Sometimes even the water could make you ill. Just eating different foods might give you the diarrhea. Eat light and take anti diarrhea meds. See the doctor if having fever or passing blood. Go to the doctor if not better next week.

Diarrhea possible: Depending on where you were it is very possible to develop diarrhea either from drinking contaminated water or being exposed to vegetables and fruit where human excement is used as fertilizer. Have your docor check your stool for pathogens, including protozoans.
