Hair falling out/thinning after using methotrexate. how can i tell if its just thinning or if its going to fall out?

No way to tell: Hair loss is common with Methotrexate and is occasionally significant enough to stop the med. Ask about taking leucovorin 10 mg the day after Methotrexate is taken. This can be very helpful in preventing hair loss.
