A member asked:

Sorry for my bad english, i am 18 years and i am 5'5". i've heard hgh and strecth training. maybe can them give me some inches? just 2-3"? suggests?

No: At age 18, you can do all the exercise you want and take drugs, but you won't increase in height except perhaps 1 inch or less. You are past that point unfortunately. Also, you should not take hgh unless you are actually deficient. Otherwise you are wasting money and putting your health at risk - numerous studies have shown that and some states in usa are trying to ban it except if deficient.
