Musculoskeletal: Intermittent pelvic pain in female teenager & related to position is likely related to pelvis bony girdle disorder or perhaps an ovarian cyst. With symptoms related to urination, a urinary problem enters the diagnostic mix. Symptoms are too nebulous to be specific. A gynecologist would be best specialist to diagnose. Hopefully tubal pregnancy does not need to be considered; these are dangerous.
