See your doctor: When someone young bleeds for 2 months most likely the hormones are off causing lack of ovulation for a long time which causes the period to be really irregular. A problem such as polyps or fibroids or an infection is less likely. You need to see a doctor and likely need hormones to stop the bleeding.
