If your 10 yr old nose bleeds for 30 minutes then her mouth starts. her nose stops but mouth still is. should l take her to the emergency room?

Yes : Bleeding from the front is seen 90% of the time. If it then starts coming from mouth then either much blood in nose overflowing into throat or clot diverting blood backwards. At this age unlikely to be posterior bleed or juvenile angiofibroma which cause severe bleeding. If bleeding lasts this long and not stopping go to er. If recurrent especially with other bleeding or bruising see ent.

Yes, for exam: Potentially could be a posterior nosebleed which is difficult to manage and needs ENT consult on occasion.
