I sneezed with food in my mouth yesterday and ever since, i feel pain in my middle ribcage area, when i move. No pain when stationary. What is this?

Rib separation: Probably separated rib cartilage junction or serratus/intercostal muscle injury. Hurts with breathing or movement. Will improve with time . Try antiinflammatory meds, wrap. If worsens see md.
