Blood clot formation and infections under the liver are just a small number of possible complications with symptoms ranging from fever, shortness of breath, wound separation, to urinary frequency or burning an OB doctor visit or call is a must if you are unsure.

Complications: The most common complications of a cesarean section are infection, hemorrhage, and wound disruption. Fever would be a symptom of infection. Vaginal bleeding would be a symptom of hemorrhage. Redness and increased pain around the incision site are symptoms of wound disruption.
