The chemical examination of my urine sample says positive albumin and the microscopical examination says many sperms, what does this mean?

Get evaluated.: The presence of sperms on microscopic analysis of the urine is not necessarily abnormal, & can occur if you gave your sample after recent ejaculation. If you are experiencing problems with ejaculation, get evaluated. More importantly, the presence of Albumin in the urine may be abnormal. Usually, the kidneys prevent such proteins from entering the urine. Followup with your primary care physician.
