Common : Low back pain is a very common complaint during pregnancy. Stretching exercises, yoga, improving posture and tylenol (acetaminophen) are often helpful.

Not uncommon: Many changes occur with pregnancy. The uterus is increasing in size and the pelvis ligaments are changing to accept the fetus and its weight and size. Best to change positions to help back and leg symptoms. Keep moving and walking.
