Hi..i feel with continuous pain under right rib slightly to the back since 7days ago and it's un associated with meals can i know cause...thanks alot?

Could be gall bladde: The anatomy ( location ) of the pain and its association with meal suggest that you may have some problem with gall bladder . The continuous occurrence of the pain is particularly concerning . If the pain is shooting to the right shoulder , if you develop fever , chills , nausea etc. I suggest you see your pcp asap.
