Klipple Feil: Surgery is corrective treatment. Physical therapy follows. Medications for symptomatic treatment.

Not usual but...: Kipple fiel is a rare genetic disorder w/ abnormal fusion of some of the cervical vertebra. Usually patients have a short neck, a low hairline, & decreased neck motion due to fusion . Treatment normally: surgery & physical therapy if symptomatic (some have no symptoms!). I could imagine that, in later life, if chronic pain, Cymbalta (duloxetine) or Pregabalin considered if surgery pt were not used in early life.
