Do you mean uterus: If after hysterectomy, we have to differentiate vault prolpase of the upper end of vagina which is closed with sutures after removal of the uterus wich we call as vault prolpase . The descent of the urinary bladder is called cystocele which you can see while urinating as a bulging pink balloon like structure visible , also you can have frequency of urination, feeling of urgency to urinate, UTI symp.
