Depends: At 25 years of age, of course it would be very unlikely for you to have cancer. More common than typical ovarian cancer at your age would be sex-cord stromal tumor or germ cell tumors. Markers for these would be: estradiol, testosterone, hcg, afp, ldh. Ca-125 is the tumor marker for the common ovarian cancers that occur with older women. An ultrasound, ct scan or MRI might be ordered as well.

Cytology or biopsy: Definitive test requires pathology. Suspicion includes abdominal bloating, evidence of ovarian enlargement (physical exam, etc). Symptoms are usually not definitive. If cancer is suspected, depending on where it is thought to be located, biopsy or surgery is needed for proof. The ca125 test is only helpful if there are other signs of ovarian cancer. At 25, it's unlikely you have it.
