Never seen that: I have never seen that. However i will say that long term marathon length aerobic exercise seems to cause some health problems. I would be reasonable and exercise a maximum of about 90 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week with no more than 50 minutes devoted to cardio. Also, take a good multi-vitamin with antioxidants.

No, not really: You are reading too much into the theory of free radicals...So i would not take everything you read literally!. I am not sure we can even make a claim that free radicals cause cancer. So just relax and exercise as much as you can or want to. It can only do you much more good than any harm that i can think of.
