I have gone through 12 weeks of mcl rehab and i still feel little pains when jogging. what should i do?

Continue program: If knee is stable and you only have "little pains", then it sounds like things are going well. You should continue your rehab and leg strengthening. The scar tissue about the injured mcl may take 6 months or more to fully mature, so some pains are normal. Follow your doctors orders closely, and if anything changes, then a re-examination is in order.
