Not kidneys : Contrary to common belief, problems involving the kidneys make up a small fraction of things that cause low back pain. Most low back pains are from the lower back. Muscle spasm, ligamentous strain, pinched nerves, and damage to the small joints of the back are amongst the most common causes of low back pain. Your doctor is able sort out if this is referred pain from kidneys or something else.

Back pain: Several organs can lead to back pain. Most of the pain arises from the lumbar spine. In females, feminine organs may also cause back pain. I would suggest you see a gynecologist for a check up to rule out such causes. If there is no problem there, see a pain physician who can properly rule out any spinal causes.
