Maybe. Yes.: Can praying cure serious diseases? Maybe. But was it coincidence or divine intervention? Impossible to prove (you'll need to ask him). Are there things which medical science doesn't understand? Of course! heck, we can't even cure the common cold. And we still argue over whether salt is good or bad for blood pressure. I always suggest praying that s/he works thru us to help cure you.
