Benzoyl/salicylic: Try otc medicated benzoyl peroxide cleansing or salicylic acid. If not you may benefit from antibiotics (topical or oral). There is also a possibility that this is not acne but may be a skin reaction from an exposure during camping and may benefit from treating it as an allergy or dermatitis. Seek medical care for this latter possibility.
