Yes: All of the topical drugs in this class have this effect. This includes latanoprost, bimatoprost, travoprost and others. All are used to treat glaucoma and available by prescription in the U.S. The cheapest would be latanoprost since it is available as a generic.

No: Latisse (bimatoprost) is a prostaglandin analog originally used for glaucoma. At this time I am not aware of any other products on the market.
