Several : Several weeks, do not use their brushes. Clean your finger put a drop at a time on the tip then rub the eyelashes and eyebrows every night.

Start now: Latisse (bimatoprost) takes six weeks or more to work. The sooner you start, the better looking your lashes will be when the time comes.
