Who?: Who is he? And doing toilet like urinating or bowel movements? If its urination then it could be an enlarged prostate, if it is bowel movements then it could be constipation. The only way to know is see your physician for a physical exam and further work up.

Enlarged prostate: Who is he? And how old is he? As we men get older, our prostate tends to enlarge making it more difficult to empty our bladders. This is often referred to as benign prostate hypertrophy (or hyperplasia) leading to lower urinary tract symptoms (luts). Best to avoid otc antihistamines & decongestants here in the states (although I have no idea what's available in india). Make him go see his doc.
