No: Muscle twitching is not a sign of leukemia. Twitching can happen for many reasons, including drinking too much coffee or not sleeping enough.

NONSPECIFIC: Typically, muscle twitching is benign, indeed, even benign fasciculations. However, might be seen with thyroid problems, drug rxtns, even use of recreational drugs. Why do you focus on leukemia, is there a family member or close friend who suffers this? Do you think you are at risk? Unlikely, if leukemia, that muscle twitching would even be noticed in presence of the entire illness.
