See below: Pudendal nerve id derived from s2, (racepinephrine) 3, 4 nerves. It gives branches to the inf. Rectal, perineal and dorsal nerve of penis. Block is at low buttock area (ischial tuberosity). You will get penile numness and some scrotal numbness. Main indication in males is for penile pain syndrome.
