You can: When on nexplanon, as your doctor likely told you, it can stop your menses and this is completely okay. Your lining has thinned such that there isn't anything to bleed from. The chance of pregnancy with Nexplanon is 1%. It's awesome that you're using a condom too, to help prevent stds and serve as back up. Plan b will definitely help prevent ovulation, take as soon as possible to get benefit.
