PostTraumatic Dz: Assuming it was fixed well you may never need anything else done. The good news is a study not too long ago showed that xray appearance of posttraumatic arthritis doesn't correlate with pain. I tell my patients once the bone is healed have at it in terms of use and should symptoms ensue then cross that bridge if needed. I would tell you these have pain in them 6-9 months before max improved.
