My husband has a fracture skull and had bleeding in brain. my concern is what could happen and what side effect are?

Get neurosurgeon: Skull fractures in certain areas can damage arteries, like epidural hematoma in middle meningeal distribution. Of course, a subdural hematoma is risky also. You do not wish expansion of the bleeding, as this could be life threatening. This needs stabilization, and even decompression prn, so, get information and work closely with your neurosurgeon.
