Dry/ Red skin: 1. Hydrate well with water. 2. Avoid lengthy or hot showers. 3. Use high SPF sunscreen consistently. 4. Avoid harsh or deodorant soaps - think hypoallergenic & unscented. 5. Only need frequent soap/cleanser on areas that are dirty, oily or create body odor. 6. Use moisturizer as needed. 7. Aim for 8 hours of sleep per night. 8. Maintain a healthy diet.
