It depend on the cau: Piitutary cushing is differently treated than adrenal cushing( mass on the adrenal).

A few options: The treatment options depend on the cause of the cushing's syndrome. If the cause is due to overuse of steroids, then the treatment is to lower the dose. This is the best case scenario. Other treatment options involve: surgery, radiation therapy, and medications. Coincidentally, the fda just approved a new drug for cushing's syndrome on 2/17/2012.
