Floss: Woven floss would be my first choice! have someone with good eyesight use a flashlight and see if they can tease it out with a pair of tweezers! if that doesn't work, go see your dentist!

Floss?: If flossing fails to dislodge the object, it might require seeing your dentist as there is a risk of injury that could result in gum recession.
