Do you think i should worry lymph node doubled in size over one night?

Depends on the cause: We need to know the cause of your lymph node enlargement. If it is an infection, then it has no serious implications. But if it is a cancer in the nodes then we have to be more vigilant and make some critical decisions and move faster, yet a lot depends on the actual size of the enlarging lymph node.
