Eustation tube: Ear to throat tube may have some extra fluid or congestion . This sound is created when one chews ( the jaw is connected to the throat is connected to the ear ).Not to worry if no pain/discharge. Also , could be fluid, water, wax in ear( gone swimming lately?).
