Cramps are more painful. i haven't taken my birth control pill for at least 3-4 days now, could it be anything to do with that?

Possibly: You are taking bcp and stopped them 3-4 days ago, and now have painful cramps. It is normal to have a period after stopping bcp, no matter where a woman is in the bcp pack. If a woman usually has cramps stopping the pill will make them worse. You didn't say why you stopped the pill. If there is a problem or it's not working the way you want speak with your doctor to find a better solution.
