Can i save an unfinished bottle of breast milk for a later feeding?

Yes: Saving it for the next feeding is fine, but check that the milk is not breaking down (if it has small clumps or smells like rancid butter--toss it out). Don't refreeze, and if you haven't used it several hours later, it's likely gone bad.

See below: If the baby drank out of the bottle, the breast milk should be discarded.
