if you miss one pill of your birth control will your period still come on your sugar pills?

Pills/OCP: Most likely. If it doesnt always rule out a pregnancy. Hormone levels drop if you stop taking the pill, even for one day, and you might ovulate that specific date and you might inadvertently get pregnant.
