Hard to know: Some women can be a day or two late on the birth control pills and not bleed at all, others will have break through bleeding - usually in the form of spotting. Most women who skip the placebo pills and go right to more active pills don't get a period. There is a good chance you won't bleed at all or won't bleed much.
