Likely Not (unclear): Concern has been raised over this issue, but I am unaware of any study that has definitely shown a decrease in fertility after taking oral contraception. But devices like iuds can cause scarring and in that way can certainly affect fertility. Speak with your gynecologist or primary doctor for further details.
